A gorgeous all-weather amenity deck on the second floor of the Fifth Avenue building offers comfortably elegant gathering spaces,fire places, a fitness facility, a catering kitchen, and stunning street views. A beautiful green space at the Holly Avenue buildings includes a dog park, where you and your dog can play all day. You’ll find a self-serve dog wash there, too: It delivers results that compete with professional groomers.

In the Fifth Avenue building, a two-story, open-air atrium features a swimming pool with a built-in hot tub surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating. Here, too, you'll find fire pits, barbecue grills, and plenty of comfortable seating and dining areas.
